Can I purchase Precision Pet Products from your website?
Precision Pet Products website is an information site only. Consumers cannot purchase from our website, but they can find a local retailer using our store locator. To locate an online retailer, we recommend using any search engine: Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. to find sites where you can purchase our products or use our online store locator.
How can I order a replacement pan for my Precision Pet Crate?
Please have the measurements of your crate available LxWxH in inches. It is also helpful to note the color of the crate, how many doors the crate has and the color of the Precision Pet logo on the front door panel. Silver=Great Crate, Blue=ProValu and Green=BasiCrate. You can contact a retailer near you to have them special order a pan from their distributor. Or, use one of these search engines: Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. to find sites where you can purchase replacement pans.
What size crate do I buy?
You want to buy a crate that your dog will fit in when he’s fully grown. Here are some suggestions:
1000 Size Miniature Dog Up to 10lbs
2000 Size Dachshund Size Dog Up to 25lbs
3000 Size Beagle Size Dog Up to 40lbs
4000 Size Boxer Size Dog Up to 70lbs
5000 Size Rottweiler Size Dog Up to 90lbs
6000 Size Great Dane Size Dog Up to 110lbs
These are just recommendations based on a “normal” size of this breed.
How do I remove my plastic tray from my crate?
Face the door panel of the short side of the crate. There is a latch that goes over the wire bar at the bottom to keep the pan from sliding out. Unlatch and slide pan out. Remember to re-latch after you replace the pan.
My Vehicle Barrier comes with 2 adjustment kits. How are these supposed to be used?
The adjustment kits are for uneven ceilings. Use one adjustment kit to level out the barrier. The second kit is sent in case one is lost. Do not use both kits on one barrier as it will not be stable.
How do I collapse my crate?
Face the door panel of the short front side of the crate and open the door. Press down on the top of the crate to release the top. Pull the panel up and out. Fold into the crate. Repeat the process on the other short side of the crate. The 2 large side panels move side to side and fold down flat. There is a C clip that holds the panels together. Attach the plastic handle to carry.
I can’t find a retailer close to me on your store locator. Where do I find your products?

I need a metal or polypropylene pan for my Precision crate. Are these parts available?
We manufacture plastic replacement pans for our crates. What type of warranty do you offer?
We have a one year warranty for manufacturer’s defects. If you believe you have a product with a manufacturer’s defect, please submit a copy of your receipt, photos of the damage, and a brief summary of why you believe it is a manufacturer’s defect to email@example.com. Please include your name, address and phone number for follow up. If you do not have your receipt, please indicate where and when you purchased the item. You will be contacted within 48 hrs by a customer service representative.
Please note that damage done to the product by the pet is not covered under our warranty.
What is the procedure for requesting a donation?
Please submit a formal request on the organization’s letterhead to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Include information about your organization, what the donation will be used for, any pertinent dates and a shipping address. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?
We currently do not have any coupons or discounts available.
My plastic handle to my crate or exercise pen broke. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Please send your name and address with your request for a handle to email@example.com or call 800-397-3167 for customer service. Please note that the handle is for use in carrying the product when it is folded flat. It should not be used to carry your pet in the crate.
